Kristin & Raj

Kristin & Raj wanted a simple, single day of untraditional celebration, but wanted that day celebrated in a big way! They knew they wanted their wedding at The Machine Shop, they knew they wanted a bold and fun ceiling installation, and that their family and friends would be an integral part of their ceremony.

We started the day with a choora ceremony, where closest family and friends, along with Raj, adorned Kristin with bangles & their blessings, and then tied the kalire and shook them to see if some blessings of finding a fabulous partner could be passed along to the next person!

A lot of dancing!! It was another night of sangeet style performances leading up to the dance party!

Lots of personal touches - a photo puzzle “guestbook”, a custom artwork with their illustrated story, and reception florals lovingly arranged by Quynh’s father!
